All our paid plans (Growth, Professional, Ultimate) come with a 30-day free trial where you get access to all features of that plan (API access for custom integrations may be limited during trial). No credit card is required to start your trial. The Starter tier is always free.

Towards the end of your free trial, we'll remind you. You can then choose to subscribe to the plan you trialed or switch to a different paid plan. If you choose not to subscribe to a paid plan, your account will automatically be moved to our Starter tier, and you'll retain access to the features included in that plan.

No! You do not need a credit card to sign up for the Starter tier or to start a free trial for any of our paid plans. You'll only need to provide payment details if you decide to subscribe to a paid plan after your trial period ends.

Yes. NNERB was built in the Caribbean, but the platform is designed for class-based businesses globally. The core workflows around registration, billing, attendance, communication, and family records are not region-specific, and payment gateway support continues to expand.

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time to access more features. Downgrading is also possible, typically at the end of your current billing cycle. If you move from a paid plan to the Starter plan, you'll retain your core data but access to paid features will be restricted.

Client profiles and programs are not capped by plan. Staff access is what changes more meaningfully across plans: unlimited staff accounts are available on Professional and Ultimate, while lower tiers focus on getting registration and billing workflows organized first.

On all plans, including Starter, you can connect with other businesses on NNERB to co-host programs, share referrals, and expand your network. It is a supporting workflow, not a requirement for using the core registration and billing features.
